It is the 10th of October, the day after my awesome birthday!
I want to briefly thank everyone who has sent warm, sweet and beautiful “Happy Birthday” wishes over e-mails, text messages, and instant messages, Facebook, Twitter etc. All those wishes meant a lot to me and absolutely made my day. I cannot thank you enough for being so kind and thoughtful. You truly have made my day so very special. My birthday only gets better by each year and I’m sincerely thankful that I have. A big thank you to everyone! It’s appreciated!!!
On this special day of mine, I had some personal reflections for the year. I reflect on all the friends and relationships I have made, formed and renewed for the past year. I remember the events, happenings and people that have influenced me to help me become who I am, I become totally inspired and fully committed to achieve more. I learn and relearn, and give thanks. :)
Birthday presents, birthday cake and whatever birthday things doesn’t seem to matter anymore (pero mas Masaya sana kung meron).At this age, birthday is not a big deal to me anymore. The thing makes me happy wasn’t the expensive gift I’ve got (yeah, that too =) but the thoughts that count. What appeals to me most is that when people whom I have walked with the past year takes time to make effort of greeting me a simple “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” out of their busy schedules. Besides, Papa God has never stopped giving me presents! (So everyday feeling ko birthday ko)… but I must say that this is year is my most blessed year ever! This year I graduated, had a job, celebrated our anniversary, found and kept new trusted friends and still got my family behind me J so ano pa bang mahihiling ko?? :)
